SERVICES
qpAdm is an academic grade tool used to identify plausible admixture models for a target of interest. This tool is superior to any other informal tool out there.
We run our custom Y-haplogroup caller on customers' sample and provide the assigned haplogroup & the calls on haplogroups for checking manually.

PCA run with PLINK 1.9 for at least 150,000 SNPs on raw data directly. This method is better than PCA plots made using coordinates.
